Trouble-shooting was done for a Printwiser client whose two databases being used simultaneously were corrupted. The databases were successfully recovered. Introducing My Fanbox Data Manager, by Chris Emejuru: Since I started paying attention to my Fanbox account a few months ago, I’ve always wanted to be able to download my work to my computer, like could be done with Facebook. My Fanbox Success Coach said this feature wasn’t there... Being the professional computer scientist that I am, my solution was to program it, to create a Fanbox module in our MoneyBooks Data Manager application to do what I wanted. Read more.

Introducing PowerBuilder, by Chris Emejuru: As a Sybase-certified PowerBuilder developer, when I searched the posts on Fanbox for PowerBuilder some days ago I could hardly believe it when not a single hit came up. So I decided to remedy this defect by writing one to introduce the best development environment from Sybase called PowerBuilder. (Sybase is now a division of SAP, by the way.) Read more.

Now any scanned or other office document can be stored in the database and also retrieved and displayed: JPG, PDF, ODT, DOCX, RTF or whatever. The Employees module also got a related change. 1408192. From the Enhanced Payroll and Pensions Management System, EPPMS has evolved over the years to now represent the Enhanced Payroll, Pensions and MIS for NRC. EPPMS is a LAN-based database application implemented using an SQL relational database management system (RDBMS) as the back-end, and one of the best RAD (rapid application development) client tools today for client/server database access, PowerBuilder®, both from Sybase.
